Q: What kind of manuals are these?
A: Our manuals are the same exact manuals that
professional technicians use in the field to troubleshoot/repair equipment.
Q: How do I use these manuals?
A: Most of our manuals are in .pdf format for
use with Adobe Reader which can be downloaded for free at adobe.com. We use
the .pdf format because it gives you the ability to zoom in on section of
the machines and schematics plus easily print out individual pages. Most of
the copier, fax, printer, phone manuals are in .pdf format. Most of the
automotive manuals require installation on your pc by way of a .exe file on
the disc. Some disc's will come with a special browser.
Q: Can I download the manuals that I need
immediately?
A: Absolutely! Once you make your purchase you can
request us to place specific manuals on our download server for immediate
download.
Q: Can I buy individual manuals?
A: Yes you can. Individual manuals are $19.90 each.
Just let us know what you need and we'll place them on our download server.
If you need more than 3 manuals we will place them on a cd rom and mail them
to you. You may also want to consider a custom cd rom. Order individual

Q: The paypal shopping cart is working right for me. How can I order?
A: Very rarely, some shoppers experience problems with
the paypal shopping cart. If you are having trouble with the shopping cart
please let us know and we'll help you.
Q: I don't have a paypal account or paypal isn't available to my country.
How can I pay?
A: We also accept money order, international money
orders, cashiers checks, company checks, personal checks (subject to 7 day
holding period), and Western Union.
Q: Do you accept bank transfers?
A: No, we do not accept bank transfers.
Q: Is paypal the only way you can accept credit cards or can I give you my
card number and you charge it?
A: Currently, paypal is the on method we have of
accepting credit cards.
Q: I am in Indonesia and I want to pay you directly with a credit card and
would like my order shipped via DHL or similar company. Can you help?
A: Not a chance! Orders from Indonesia MUST pay via
Western Union only.
Q: Do you offer discounts on quantity?
A: Yes we do, just let us know what you need and we'll
work something out.
Q: What is the difference between the cd's and dvd's?
A: The DVD's contain manuals from up to 5-6 cd's
placed on one dvd. if you need an entire library of manuals, dvd is the way
to go. Buying 1 dvd is cheaper than buying multiple cd's.
Q: I want to trade service manuals. Do you trade?
A: Yes we will be glad to trade with you as long as
you can offer us something we do not yet have. Please see the "Trade"
section for details.
Q: I'm having
trouble during checkout.
A: To order through Paypal, it’s essential that your
browser accepts cookies. Otherwise, you will get the unhelpful error message
that:“The recipient of this shopping cart link is not an approved shopping
cart user. Please review your selection and try again.”
